The coaches are absolutely fantastic, so knowledgable and they offer such a variety of workouts that you never get bored and you always feel challenged. Peak Fitness is simply awesome. The have personal trainers who know what they are doing. I love the group class options, from bootcamps, muscle building, boga (combo bootcamp and yoga), strength and sweat. Need a little help loosing a bit of weight they can create an awesome meal plan that is easy to follow and you eat the food you love. I dropped 10 lbs in 5 weeks on the meal plan and I feel so much better, and I have a lot more energy during the day. Thank you Peak Fitness!

I would recommend this gym over any other around... No worries about your workout as everything is layout and ready for you when you arrive. Knowledgeable staff are there to help you and guide you throughout your workout.
