You’ve heard of the 75 Hard Challenge? Well, get ready for the 28 Strong Challenge—a focused, four-week journey that will transform your fitness, nutrition, and habits. Starting January 27, 2025, you’ll build a strong foundation through weekly habit stacking, designed to help you succeed without overwhelming your schedule.

This isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up, doing the work, and creating consistency. Together, we’ll focus on simple but powerful fitness and nutrition habits that will leave you stronger than yesterday.

Progress Photos

Capture your transformation by submitting progress photos on Day 1 and Day 28. These photos will help you visually track your growth and stay motivated throughout the challenge.

Weekly Habit Outline

  • Week 1: 5 focused workouts + hydrate with 3L of water daily (no alcohol).
  • Week 2: Daily 20-minute walk + 25g of protein at two meals daily.
  • Week 3: Daily 3-minute deep squat hold + vegetables in two meals daily.
  • Week 4: 30-minute daily walk + 25g of protein in three meals daily.

Accountability and Community

  • Daily Habit Tracking: Use the Practice Better platform to check off completed habits each day.
  • Water Intake Logs: Log your daily water consumption to ensure you’re hitting the 3L goal.
  • Protein Tracking: Record your meals with 25g of protein to stay on target.
  • Community Wall: Share progress, tips, and encouragement with other participants to stay motivated.
  • Weekly Reflections: Fill out reflection forms to celebrate wins and identify areas for improvement.
  • Weekly Staff Check-Ins: Our staff will review your progress during scheduled weekly check-ins, answer any questions, and assist with overcoming challenges.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with tips and insights from the Peak Fitness staff. Our team will actively participate in group discussions, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping you overcome any challenges you face. We’re here to help you succeed!
