At this workshop, you’ll learn to create SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. These goals give you clarity and focus.

Instead of saying, “I want to get fit,” you’ll learn to say, “I will complete three 30-minute strength workouts per week for the next four weeks.”

2. Overwhelmed by the Journey

We teach you to break big goals into manageable steps using actionable frameworks.

If your goal is to lose 10 lbs, we’ll help you create a four-week plan focusing on small, achievable steps like improving hydration, increasing protein intake, or completing regular workout.

Short-term wins can’t sustain long-term success without ingrained habits.

You’ll learn the art of habit stacking, where you pair new habits with existing ones. For instance, “After brushing my teeth, I will drink a glass of water.”

Our app-based platform tracks your daily progress and reminds you to stick to your habits, while your coaches provide accountability.
